יַאֲרִכוּן יָמֶיךָ

The phrase of days being prolonged is 12 times in D and never elsewhere in the Torah as follows.

לְמַעַן, יַאֲרִכוּן יָמֶיךָ, עַל הָאֲדָמָה,

לֹא-תַאֲרִיכֻן יָמִים עָלֶיהָ,
3. Deut 4:40
--וּלְמַעַן תַּאֲרִיךְ יָמִים עַל-הָאֲדָמָה,

לְמַעַן יַאֲרִיכֻן יָמֶיךָ, .
5. Deut 5:29
, וְהַאֲרַכְתֶּם יָמִים, בָּאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר תִּירָשׁוּן

Note, the above are all in D. Note that the idea that this is a function of Moshe's speech falls on its face since this also appears in Ex 20 (along with many other D phrases there) and that's not in Moshe's speech. No comparable phrase appears in JEPH. The closest is
Genesis 26:8
וַיְהִי, כִּי אָרְכוּ-לוֹ שָׁם הַיָּמִים
However, the usage there is clearly different.
