בֵּית עֲבָדִים

The phrase ִבֵּית עֲבָדִים appears 7 times in D and twice in E as follows:

This ratio is not at all impressive and can be attributed to chance, though it is a little lopsided and I think it should count for something in the pro DH camp. Some other things to note here:

-the two in Ex 13 are E and of the sources E, J, & P, E is the closest in language to D.-some scholars have assigned Ex 13 to D (based partly on the beit avidim therein), but personally I don’t see the evidence for such an assignment to be compelling so I have abstained from following them.
